MMeridian Talk to us

What working with us looks like

We are a new business, so we have put the risk on our side of the agreement, not yours. Here is exactly how it works, step by step, and what you can hold us to.

1. A 15-minute consultation

No preparation and no presentation. We work out with you, from your own records, roughly what is going unbooked, overdue or unanswered in your business today, so you can see whether this is worth doing before anything else happens.

2. A written specification, before you sign

You get a plain description of exactly what the system will do for your business, department by department. It becomes part of the agreement, so it is what you hold us to. Nothing is built until you are happy with it.

3. The build

A 25% deposit starts the work. We connect to the software you already use, and nothing your team uses is replaced. The department that recovers the most money is built first.

4. You sign it off

When it is ready you have ten working days to check it does what the specification says, and tell us anything it does not. We put that right first. The remaining 75% of the build fee is invoiced only at go-live, and the monthly fee starts from go-live, not before.

5. Six months to be sure

For the first six months after go-live, if the system does not do what the specification says and we have not put it right within 14 days of you telling us, you can end the agreement on 30 days' notice, with no further monthly fees.

What you can check for yourself

Your data

You stay in control of your data; we process it only on your instructions, under a written data processing agreement that meets UK GDPR. The system only reads what it needs to do its job, never clinical notes or records. When the agreement ends we return your data and delete our copy.

Who you are dealing with

Meridian is the trading name of Blake Fining, based in Cornwall. You deal with the people who build and run your system, not a call centre.
