AI operations teams for UK businesses

An operations team that never goes home, built into the systems you already use.

Around thirty agents across six departments, each doing one job: answering, booking, chasing the work that has gone quiet, and checking its own work every day. Your team keeps the systems they know. The team we build works inside them.

Where the money actually goes

Most businesses lose more to work that stalls than to work they never had. None of it shows up on a report, because a sale that quietly did not happen looks exactly like one that was never possible. That is the first thing the system goes after.

Quoted and never booked

The quote sent in March that nobody mentioned again. Each one is followed up on a cadence you approve, and every one that books is listed with its value.

Customers who were due back

The customer overdue a visit, a service or a renewal. The system works that list and reports every booking it can be credited with, itemised.

Enquiries that went quiet

The enquiry that got one call back and nothing since. Every one is gone back to, and new ones are answered in the minute they arrive.

Six departments, one job per agent

A narrow job is one that can be checked, and a system that can be checked is one you can trust with your customers. The agents report to a manager for their department, and the managers report to you on one screen.

Revenue recovery

Follows up unbooked quotes, lapsed customers and cold enquiries, on a cadence you set.

Booking and scheduling

Books, moves and fills cancellations straight into the diary you already use.

Customer contact

Answers emails and web enquiries, including the ones that arrive at 7pm on a Sunday.

Operations

Reminders, routing and the admin that eats your team's morning.

Maintenance

Checks every agent every day, and tells us before you notice anything.

Security

Controls what each agent can see, and logs every action it takes.

How a build works

  1. We learn your business

A questionnaire covering your systems, your hours, your prices and the questions you actually get asked.

  2. We connect what you already have

The system you run the business on, your diary and your inboxes. Nothing your team uses is replaced.

  3. We agree the rules with you

What each agent may do on its own, what it drafts for approval, and what always goes to a person.

  4. We run it beside your team first

You watch, we correct, and only then does it take the load.

  5. Then we keep it running

Maintenance checks every agent daily and every action is logged, so if something goes wrong we know first.

What it will not do

It will not pretend to be a person. It will not invent an answer it does not have, give professional advice it is not qualified to give, or take a card number. Anything it should not handle reaches a person with the whole conversation attached.

How it pays for itself

We will not quote you a result we have not measured in your business. A one-off build fee, then a monthly fee to run and maintain it, quoted against your own numbers on the first call. Every figure on your dashboard is itemised, so you can check each booking it is credited with.

What working with us looks like

We are a new business, so we have put the risk on our side of the agreement, not yours.

  1. A 15-minute consultation

No preparation. We work out with you, from your own records, roughly what is going unbooked, overdue or unanswered today.

  2. A written specification, before you sign

Exactly what the system will do, department by department. It becomes part of the agreement, so it is what you hold us to.

  3. The build

A 25% deposit starts the work. The department that recovers the most money is built first.

  4. You sign it off

Ten working days to check it does what the specification says. The remaining 75% is invoiced only at go-live, and the monthly fee starts then.

  5. Six months to be sure

If it does not do what the specification says and we have not put it right within 14 days, you can end the agreement on 30 days' notice, with no further monthly fees.

Being early

We are a new business, and we will not pretend otherwise. You would be one of our first clients. That means you get the person who built it on the phone, and a system shaped around your business rather than a template someone else was sold.
